I know it’s been a while since somebody commented on this but, I do have idea of a Live-Action/CGI movie about a male human and a female anthropomorphic cat who falls in love with each other that takes place in Tampa Bay in Florida as well as the time of November and before thanksgiving. However, this story is loosely inspired from both Edward Scissorhands and The Little Rascals because it has a racing scene before the end. The Female Anthopomorpic Cat is CG, as the other characters and Backgrounds Live-Action Too. I called this movie: “Katherine.” 😊
